The woman who was trying to teach my daughter to put in contacts was kindest woman I ever met .She never lost her patience and encouraged my daughter to keep trying .I appreciate caring and understanding people like this .
Rude and just nasty employees. Had to call corporate to get a refund. Didn't have trial contacts for my son in stock. Said they had to order them. Then he was told that he had to take a 1 hour class on how to take care of them but couldn't take the class that day because it was to late. Really?? Returned to get my refund. They put me in the waiting room or aka ignore room. I actually had my son go get my husband because I was waiting for over 20 minutes. People here are so rude. Came to get an eye exam and contacts didn't have the trail contacts and now they have to order them apparently. And after the exam they just now tell me I have to take an hour class for them. This is bull shit and I'll never be back.
Had issues with pricing earlier this week. Received a call back from the manager, Jackie, and she answered all my questions and resolved my issues.

I highly recommend this place. They are super nice and helpful. These are the BEST glasses I have ever had. They have great prices and deals. Crystal helped me tremendously. She is knowledgable, helpful, kind, and just an amazing person. Thank you Crystal for helping me.
Been going here for years, never any problems. Well today they tried to charge me double. $150.00 FOR A PAID of glasses. Nothing special and I picked out a 49.00, pair of frames. Then they tried to charge me 108.00 for contacts. So a total of 258.00 wth....they said my insurance didn't cover any of it. Well that's funny Walmart checked it and for my glasses of better quality was on $15.00, and my contact only 75.00.... Hello Walmart....I will never go to America's Best again. They are America's worst ripoffs
