service is terrible. so exceptionally slow. it doesnt even make it okay that the docs are typically decent. 8 minutes with the doctor. 2 hours and 56 minutes feom.qalking in the doors to walking out the doors.

Had an appointment at 3:50. It is 4:26 now and I’m still waiting. First time here...am not impressed.
Well I loved the new doctor at McDonough, Ga location! Very nice and personable. I go for the contacts and the 3 year plan because you just can't beat the pricing for the exams. However, whether you have an appointment or not, the wait time is insane! The doctor got me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes, but I waited to ring up and order my contacts over 30 minutes. They could use some more front office help or organization!
