I have had to re-order my glasses 4 times due to the order being placed incorrectly. I received my computer glasses today but not my “normal” glasses, so I called and received the worst customer service I have ever had while I was just asking to make sure the others were ordered as well. I advised that I didn’t need them right now as I wasn’t risking going out, I just wanted to make sure they were ordered. A friend received glasses that must have been scratched during shipment...instead of sending back, the manager put SHARPIE on the frame...
Former employee to this location. Very poor management.
My husband & I have been going to the Monroe location for year's. Staff is amazing with great customer service. Our optometrist went through everything with us step by step! We will keep going back every year! We love our new glasses at a reasonable price. Thanks again! 'See' you next year �
I was not very pleased it was my first time here and the man who did our eye glass test was not very pleasant to us every time I tried to say anything to him about my eyes and the problems with them he cut me off or ignored what I was saying and seemed very irritated with his job and was rude to my daughter and I the lady at the desk however was very polite to us
Ryan was amazing. Super honest. Super helpful and nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a pair of glasses!
I was with out money for my eye exam to purchase my contacts.. staff was very nice was able to help me get through until the weekend with contacts!
