The girl helping me just left, i paid for a order to be shipped and was waiting to pay for what i was picking up. Someone else came and gave me a receipt. If i had not told her i need to pay for them no one would have known! Very unprofessional.

Awesome care even with social distancing felt 100% safe, employees and visitors wear mask. They take a no touch from distance tempature. seating is obviously nicely spaced, everyone professional and helpful to get new glasses. Not crowded, appointments spaced apart one person in each section of store at a time. Procsses in place for entire enjoyable shopping experience. Well done !!
if you are going to force people to wear masks you need to either 1. hand cheap paper ones out since they cant be found in stores or 2. tell people when they make an appointment! thanks for not telling me so you lost my business!
They staff was very kind and efficient. Was in and out in just under an hour. Had an eye exam on the 30th of January, and I received my glasses on the 6th of February! They told me it could take up to two weeks, but I am very impressed with this kind of turn around.
I had a great experience here. Two pair of glasses/bifocals one pair tinted for sunglasses $135.00. Can’t beat that.
