Thank you associate Kirissa in Cartersville... you were so helpful and made this experience FUN... keep up the good work and hope to see you in a week when I pick my blinged out glasses up lol
I didn't even go for an appointment and I won't be making one for myself either. They made a big deal about fixing my dad's glasses after i called to make sure that they could. The employees were super rude and not professional at all. The pricing is definitely ridiculous and false advertisement. The poor lady behind me just got taken for over $300. This place is a disgrace. My husband and I will seek different options for our eyecare and I'm sure my father will now as well.
HORRIBLE customer service! I will never use them again! The office manager has a nasty attitude! They deserve 0 stars!
The doctor and staff were very helpful and friendly. Awesome visit!!
We went yesterday. The Dr was very polite. The lady Anita was awesome. She helped him to learn how to use contacts. She was great when we picked out our frames. We having been going there for years
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! DO NOT EVER USE THEM BC THEY WILL F*CK YOU OVER. My dad paid over $300 for my visit there including my glasses (that were suppose to only be $70) and they can't even give me my glasses back after they told me to come get them this morning?! How does a $79 eye exam and a $70 pair of glasses come out to 300??? It's bullshit.... Oh and the workers a rude as hell too all of them!
