The worst experience ever! For me and my husband. They can’t fix any problems with your glasses. Unless your lucky enough to get the one employee that knows her job! Stay away!!
The customer service in this place is terrible. I set an appointment for a contact exam and fitting (I've worn contacts for years) and the rude lady at the counter told me I needed to start over with an exam because my prescription was expired. Duh! That's why I came. Well there's not any availability for me and I needed to reschedule AGAIN! Won't be going there again. I've had nothing but bad experiences since this place opened. Horrible customer service. The Dr is nice though. I hate she has to work with those rude people.
After a visit to a different facility last year where the doc was so rude and brutal I left sobbing and unable to open my eyes for the rest of the day, this place was a breath of fresh air. Wish we had come here to begin with. Affordable, professional, kind, the woman who looked after us took all our needs into consideration and never rushed us, thought outside the box to accommodate some unusual circumstances and took it all in stride so we were not made to feel uncomfortable. What else to say? Anita YOU ROCK!
A lens on the glasses did not fit. SaaS ground wrong. They were sent back. When I got them, they were single vision, I wear bifocals, they were sent bAck again. It's been over six weeks. Still waiting even though I paid my copay and my insurance co. Paid them.
Overall a very good experience, they do need to up the eyeglass prescription to 2 years as the industry standard is 2 years
I normally don't give "ratings" but I've had a second run in with this company, the first was mid of year. I needed my contacts refilled, they said to call back in 4 days and they will refill and get them on order. I called back in 4 days and they said my prescription ran out the day before that I would have to come in and pay for another visit. Now today I called because I needed my eyeglass prescription for work (because eyeglass rx are good for 2 years) they told me they only do 1 year prescription on eyeglasses also, nee... read more
This is the worst place we have ever went for eye exams. Horrible customer service, rude employees and they force you to return over and over before they will even give you your prescription for contacts. We spend a lot of money on contacts/glasses every year but we will never spend another dime with this company!
America's beat? More like America's worse eye Drs. Went in for contacts havent had them in over a year. They game me a trial pair and then told me that even though I was a new patient and I hadn't were contacts in over a year that I have to go buy my own damn contact case and solution that they don't provide for you unless you are brand new to contacts the worst excuse I have ever heard from an eye doctor company especially when any other eye doctor would give you the stuff that you need for your eyes and actually give a dam... read more
