Yesterday was absolutely ridiculous, we went there 15 minutes earlier than our appointment and then the lady tried to bring me more papers to fill out and I previously filled them out on Saturday. I mean they work so slow and the service was slow.
They fixed my glasses and I was done in no time Thx again to the Harahan location
This place is so unprofessional. No one has any idea what they're doing, and be prepared to be at your appointment for 3-4 hours.
