DO NOT GO HERE! I went to the one I’m Metairie, LA. Very unprofessional workers that do not know what they are doing. I’ve had to go there 4 times and moved to another eye glass business and am still having problems with this place! My prescription is wrong and they did an eye exam on my twice and said I just need to get used to my glasses. I’ve worn them for a week and nothing. I’ve worn glasses for 15 years and never had this issue. They gave me my money back for my glasses because they redid them and I still couldn’t see.... read more
they ordered contacts for me and couldn't see out of them. I told the staff and Dr. i went back for a follow up and he told me to give my eyes some time to adjust to the contacts and if I still didn't like them as long as I didn't open the box I could get my money back. Today we were told I couldn't get my money back. Will never go there again they just lost 3 customers
