They drew us in with the Eyewear Club. After my daughter's contact lens exam, they gave her a new type of contacts to try and wanted her to return for a follow-up. I told them we didn't want a new brand, and needed the prescription. Now, a year later, they won't release that prescription to me. Frustrated. I've never heard of a need for two exam visits to get a basic lens prescription. I'll just order elsewhere. Won't be back.

The prices are excellent. Their current office manager is awful! She's rude, snotty, and didn't dress professionally. The company as a whole is good!
Just got another frame where my dog chewed the old one. The staff and service awesome. Sandy was a jewel helping me to find a replacement
