Worst customer service Ive had from an eyecare provider in my 30 years of wearing contacts and glasses. Katie and Jennifer were completely unreasonable, noncaring, rude and impatient to a loyal customer during a nationwide pandemic. I would NEVER recommend their services to anyone. Worst eyecare provider I've ever had in my life. I miss Dean Mcgee Eye Institute!

Theresa was a customer service dream! Super personable, friendly, and lots of laughs. Great price on my new glasses. I was honestly shocked. My previous classes through an optometrist cost me a FORTUNE. I saved a lot coming here, quite honestly, and I will definitely use them again. :-) Thanks for a great experience!
