This place is def. Horrible and their team really needs to get it together.. after my first visit I never want to go there again and will NEVER recommend anyone to this place. I made an appt. And was coming all the way from portage, indiana. I would like to pay a compliment to the staff at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses! Having two kids with glasses, plus a vision plan that isn't worth the premium I pay into it, I am SO, SO thankful America's Best opened up so close to home! The assistants were wonderful, helpful, and happy to be doing their job and the doctor was fantastic and so down to earth it was just awesome! Not to mention the unbeatable prices for eye exam plus glasses!! What a great place! I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!
Terrible service overrated no help. Also very expensive
Buyer beware. Worst service ever, unprofessional staff (most of them anyway). You are better off going elsewhere, paying more money and getting treated professionally and receive glasses that actually fit you.
