RecommendedI would recommend you consider talking to you legal team. I walked into your location and was told my neck gator is not allowed into your facility. If you look on the state of MN health departments website you can clearly see it is a recommended face covering. I’ve worn this into many places to include medical facilities and have never been told it’s not allowed. I absolutely love America’s Best. I use to go where ever it was convenient and cheap on there glasses, so when I first went to America’s Best it to me was just another eye place, but after my very first visit I made it my permanent place to go for my whole family. America’s Best in Shakopee doesn’t look at me as just another person, they really treat me with care and I absolutely would recommend going here to anyone
I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff are great at what they do.
My husband and I just switched to America's Best after our insurance changed. We found the customer service to be outstanding! Everything from the time we walked in, to the exam, to picking out frames was a wonderful experience! Alot of this had to do with the staff members and their friendly, upbeat attitudes. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Pushy in trying to sell you exams you don't need, bought glasses here before the two frames for cheap, there's a reason you need two. Those broke but had my spare which lasted me until now. I bought new frames and lenses and they were the flexible frames even, 4 months later they literally fell apart taking them off my face, I got prescription sunglasses so I did not have the much needed spare pair.
