Always great quality service and great value proud to be a customer for many years
I am very happy with the service I received and even more happy that I bit the bullet and purchased the eye club membership. Scratched my cornea and the Doctors and front desk staff have been so accommodating and pleasantly flexible with emergency appointments and follow-up visits to check on my progress! They showed genuine concern about my care and called to make sure I came back for follow-ups!
I've always had good experiences and service here. Prices are great too. Sometimes they just get a little too busy.
Felt a little rushed, the eye doctor was great but it seemed like she was the only one at that location. Can you guys get a couple more eye doctors there. And also spend a bit more time with a full eye exam like lens crafters does. But I guess you get what you pay for......will be going to lens crafters even if that means saving up more money a bit longer to get a more in depth exam not just a "which is better 1. Or 2." And that's it???? No 3 or 4 or 5 ????
