Great service and reasonable prices on glasses
3 weeks, still no glasses. Staff takes zero responsibility or accountability.
Rating this way because although I had a really good experience at the actual appointment, the customer service was incredibly poor. At my appt it was quick, nice doctor, covered all the bases and I left with my contacts. However, I had to call because I had some follow up questions about my PD. Valid questions. I cannot believe how poorly I was treated by the receptionist Celeste. I had to ask her her name 4 times just to get it as she was yelling over me while talking. She said she was busy and had “like 5 people” standing... read more

I purchased the plan where you can get exams for a few years at no cost. So I have felt obligated to stay with them. I am now changing eye doctors! They are rude and incompetent and do not know how to treat their customers. Please do not go here save your time and money!!
