great place to get glasses from very nice people I will be going back to this place very nice clean place ..
Went to another eye location, waited on a fax from them for my proscription for over 10 min. The customer service is not great!! If there was a ZERO I would give them this!! Faxing a document does not take 10 MIN!!!!!
I wanted to thank the front desk receptionist Mallorie Parkinson! She helped me pick out two fabulous pairs of glasses that I absolutely love!! Everyone in the store was very friendly!
An appointment time here a joke. The first time I went I waited for over an hour. Yesterday I waited for 2 hours past my appointment. Crazy.
Everyone there is SO nice! The doc is funny and charming. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and important, so glad I decided to go! Looking forward to future visits!
Doctor is great. Didn't like the wait with appointment, and that woman Melissa at check out is absolutely appalling! I'll never ever return. That young girl Melissa should be in pet sitting because her human interactionlb skills were horrific putting it mildly.
I've been going to this eye doctor for about 4 years now and honestly I've only ever had 1 problem. My chart was switched with someone else's with the same exact name as me. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal and everyone was really awesome about fixing it and I was even given an extra set of trial contacts. Everyone on staff has always been super nice to me. Before going to America's Best I would go to Walmart but honestly I get a WAAY better deal and the doctor is so sweet. I have zero complaints.
