I paid extra for a contact prescription and they refuse to give me a copy of the prescription . The morale is horrible , the employees bicker amongst each other - Do not use this location
Probably the worst customer service ever. The manager was great but the young girl was rude and completely disrespectful. Several times. Even when I was explaining something her response in the middle of my sentence was “I’m sorry what? I spaced out for a moment”. Go get a different job please. Customer service is not your strong suit. To the manager, thank you for seeing us after we were told no more appointments at 5pm even though you closed at 7.
Dr. Azuaga (sp?) is possibly the rudest health care professional I have ever had the displeasure of being around. She treated my daughter like she was an inconvenience and a hassle, literally making her cry. Please feel free to read my Google review, or reach out if you want more details on this horrible experience. I will make sure that anyone I know will never frequent this business. And I hope that one day this doctor finds herself on the other side of a doctor with the same bedside manner. Maybe she will remember to trea... read more
