I was impressed with the affordable frame selection, however, after purchasing a single vision pair of frames & a pair of frames w/HD lens, I have yet to receive my single vision frames after 10 days. Shouldn’t both frames have been completed at the same time? SMH
From the moment I walked in Kathy was a friendly and kind face ready to assist and make the (sometimes rough) process of going to the optometrist, as smooth as possible.
