I made an appointment with dr shah @ the mansell crossing location. I showed up 7m late due to weather & they refused to see me. U lost a customer & repetitional damage. I would understand if i was 30, 45 an hr but 7 minutes are you kidding me. As we navigate through a pandemic and we all finds ways to stay in business while delivery quality customer service this location clearly is missing that mission.

Bait and switch at its finest. They wanted to charge us more than advertised and then said that we did not have the right promotion. Charged for eye exams that may not be accurate. Will NEVER go there again.
Great doctors, great experience, great service, great prices. Learned some important details about my eyes today and looking forward to my cool new glasses!
Excellent doctor and friendly upbeat staff
I bought glasses from here for months ago and today when I was taking them off to clean them they broke clear and half right at the nose. in addition to looking at them after they broke there is a white powder on each end leading me to believe theu were sold to me used.
It was a great experience. Very clean store, competent and friendly staff. I can see!
