Why make an appointment when people who did not have one get service before those with appointments?
40 minutes and waiting for a 1 minute contact lens check up while the district manager and Drs meet in a room. You'd think they would know their schedules and the district manager would have some appreciation and value for customer service. My time is as important as yours. Someone ask why I am here TODAY to begin with.
