Can not say enough good, fairly crowded, but meet by friendly kind staff, ( now the paper work is the true test). Once I finished, took a seat and within 5 minutes was heading for exam. Finished up picked glasses, and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. That being said picking my glasses took the longest and I engaged all in the building to assist me, which they did while smiling and giving honest opinions!
The worst quality went to the millville store because my frames work peeling and breaking just got them in April. Management said because I didn't get insurance they couldn't help me.my. I don't think they should take advantage of seniors on a fixed income. I didn't drop or damage them myself the quality was very poor
I waited forever.. while the Dr. Sat in her office playing on her phone....
I think im on a first name base, i walk in they laugh at me and say "what now", then hook me up. There great
We came early and were taken right away. But I must say that Dr. Carl Hirshorn of the Millville NJ location was the BEST!!! He was so patient with my 3 boys and especially my son who has Aspergers. Definitely a great team there. S/N my insurance covered much more than I thought.
Super nice staff and very helpful. And great frames to pick from for glasses
Been coming here for about 7 years! Always the cheapest exam and glasses/contacts prices and I've always been treated with kindness. Actually sitting in the waiting room right now for my latest exam for my contacts! Love they you can schedule your appointment online!
