Took my daughter there for a couple of years. But when we went this year, was blind sided by the cost of everything. Signage is very misleading. Employees were nice but neglected to inform us that because of her age , now we had to pay for the lenses which was $150 on top of the 2 for 69.95 advertisements. Talk about sticker shock. I was suckered punched in the stomach because since she had the examine, I was going to pay the same price no matter what I chose ( 1 pair vs 2pairs). Two exams two different diagnosis. Hoping for the best. Redoing lenses as of yesterday staff respectful hoping for better results
Glasses were great but buyer beware on unethical billing I was originally overcharged. They re-invoiced the charges and charged my credit card again but 5 days later I have not received the credit for the original charge.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would!! Never go here!
Nicest staff and great service. Highly recommend.
