RecommendedBeen going here for over 20+ yrs. don’t plan on changing. Always easy and effortless when it comes to getting eye exams. Cool staff, very helpful optometrist, def recommended.
Just tried to re-order contact lenses over the phone and they said my prescription expired in June. Well clearly with Covid I was not about to come in for an appointment considering how close we need to be to the doctor during an exam and I was just not comfortable coming in for an appointment. So I asked them to order me a small amount of contacts to hold me over for a while and they refused. REALLY? We are in the middle of a pandemic and you can't make an exception? Horrible customer service.

Definitely will never go there again. It was confirmed that my insurance was accepted upon scheduling my appointment and for whatever reason, my insurance was not populating in their system during my appointment. Fine, things like that sometimes happen and that's okay. However, instead of advising to have a seat while they figure out the problem, staff's idea of a solution was for me to pay out of pocket for my visit, even though that said staff member who was familiar with my employer and confirmed she knew the center accep... read more

7/1/19 Nicole, the GM at this store went above and beyond to correct the errors her staff made and acknowledged how many times I had been in the store. She shipped my order to me at no charge so I didn’t have to come back in. I’d come back into this store if Nicole was working I would rather have itchy eyes for the rest of my life than deal with this place. Four visits and they managed to screw up my order twice. Refunded an order without my consent to a card that no longer exists and won’t replace my order. So no contacts f... read more

Had a delightful experience last night w Thomas. Uber helpful and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and 2 pair of frames later, I eagerly await their arrival.
