I went in a week ago and had my appointment and already got my glasses today! I absolutely love them!! The staff there is super helpful! Heather helped me pick my glasses and then made them for sure fit! I will always go here for my eye glasses/contacts needs!!

Friendly staff that helped me pick out frames & got me in and out quickly. 2 pairs of glasses came in much quicker than expected and they look & fit great! Thanks AB team!
Husband went to have his glasses adjusted and they completely bent the frame to where they are destroyed and then told us they were not going to fix them and we were out the glasses! Horrible customer service! ! Will never recommend to anyone. Thinking of contacting better business Bureau aswell that's how horrible they were to him! !
What a joke. The prescription was wrong and I live 2 hours away. I got a new exam done 2 weeks later somewhere else and they said we'll that isn't our problem. I'll tell ya straight up, I called expecting them to say exactly what they said as in they can refund the glasses but not the exam, but the condescending way their horrible manager Chris talked to me made me so upset. He talked in such a rude tone I told him he was being a d*ick the way he was talking to me and he just hung up. I don't usually talk to people like that... read more
