After over 7 years of doing business with America's Best with no concerns and exceptional service, this most recent experience was so disheartening. I had one of the worse experiences I have ever had here. The people at the door were nice enough but the doctor didn't seem to care. I told her I could see because of everything fogging up due to wearing a mask. She just pulled the machine away and said that I could go out front to pick out my glasses. I told her I wanted to try contacts again (I haven't wore them for many years) besides needing a new pair of glasses. She didn't seem to want to talk about anything. RecommendedI'm not one to comment often on places I visit but the experience I had with the staff from the time I entered the building was great. I dealt with 4 individuals and all 4 people were wonderful and I could see them smiling thru their masks.Keep up the good work and continue making people feel good in what can be an uncomfortable experience for some.

I had the best Experience here. Kathy and Talaysha were just amazing. They both went out of their way to find the frames I wanted and help me get the best deals and even find frames I had not noticed that were just perfect. Really great, thank you!
