Worst experience ever. I originally went in for an exam and once there, after being seen by the tech, I was told I would be having a virtual doctor's visit. I would not actually see a O.D. in person at all, okay fine whatever. Well after the appointment I was given the wrong trial contacts, as well as a terrible prescription. I will never go anywhere else to get glasses. America’s Best is really the best. Their staff are great Jasmine was a joy to work with. The selection for frames is wonderful. I left today overjoyed with how well my experience was. I feel like the staff really care about getting you the beat deal and taking care of your needs. Thank you for being awesome!!
I made an appointment and had no wait time before being seen. Checked in, had my exam, selected my new frames and was out in just under 40 minutes. Excellent customer service and very helpful employees.
America's Best contacts & eyeglasses in Jackson is the best. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The eyeglasses is a good quality for the price. Will be back next year.

The experience was great until,one of the technicians was getting frustrated with my 7 year old son who’s has adhd and have other disabilities!!! She asked the receptionist with an attitude could she give my son something to color as if him talking an being excited over his glasses was getting on her nerves!!!
