I could probably do their job with my eyes closed . The reviews are 100% correct . These ladies have an attitude problem and 0 knowledge about what customer service is really about . They should take notes from their competitors at Visionworks . It must be nice to get paid to sit on your a$$.
Great service, I paid the same for two pairs of glasses that two or three years ago I paid for one pair with insurance. It's the frames that are on sale, which is a great buy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
$69.99 2 pair of glasses and an eye exam = lies. My total was $289. Be prepared to spend a lot more. Did not feel like they gave half a shit about my optical health, just another #.

This place is operating a bait and switch. Do not expect to get their advertised offer of two pairs for $69.

Ordered contacts online on 9/23/16, keep receiving emails of backorder after backorder. Projected delivery on 10/26/16. No real answers talking to customer service, they just blame it on their provider. Called the office I go to and could not get any help either, they don't keep certain contacts in stock. I really thought that this facility cared about their customers eye health.....if I get any corneal problems I guess I'll just send America's Best the bill...STILL WAITING!!!!!
