I don’t even know where to begin I ordered two pairs of glasses-took forever to come in. I had to call to find out the first pair was in-was never contacted. Mind you I had ZERO glasses until then because mine had broke- they promised to fix them never did. Come to pick up the SECOND pair just to find out they ordered two pairs of the EXACT SAME GLASSES. Do NOT visit these rude people unless you want your money taken and your contacts never provided. I had a terrible experience and the attitudes were even worse.
They tried to charge me for a contact exam that I denied. When I called to see why my insurance denied to cover my eye exam, I was informed it was just the “contact exam” they werent covering. I then called Americas Best’s management team to get the charge off because I dont wear contacts and know I denied that exam and they quickly took the charge off as if this happens a lot. Went there for a contact exam and a few boxes of contacts, The lady was very rude and trying to get me to buy the 2 pairs of glasses for $70 when i told her my insurance is not covered there, and i can go to another place where i can get free glasses covered by my insurance. All i wanted was my contact exam and a few boxes of contacts. She was constantly putting me under pressure to buy this or that. Very misleading. 2 pairs of eyeglasses and exam for 69.00? Not so much. They forget to mention in their ad that the lens are extra. For me it was 210.00 extra plus the 69.00. Won't be going back there.
