Not only did the clerk make the wrong pair of classes she forgot to mention that contacts exam was not included in the offer. Went to pick up glasses and discuss mix up- was met the with nastiest attitude young person. I do not recommend this location.

We were greeted so rude that we turned around and walked out, and went to Pearle Vision. So much for trying a new place! Their loss since we spent $1741 on glasses down the road. Maybe, invest in customer service training?
On a Friday evening like 3 p.m. and there is only 1 optical technician to take orders for glasses. I'm leaving to never return.
Nice office. No waiting. Very pleasant employees.
