Like the dr there was nice and concerned just went in for exam
Went in today, July 28th, attempting to pick up contacts ordered on June 21...no luck. Still have not come in. Really? Worst part was that I waited over 10 minutes for the girl to look up my prescription and try to locate, only to be cut in front by someone needing to make an appointment. I had things to do so I walked out. Still waiting on call I never got and my contacts I have already paid for...America's Worst.
Waiting for contacts for three weeks. How do you provide a service and not have the supplies? When I called for the 4th time, I was informed that Im not the only one waiting...as if thats something a business should be proud to say. The rep was extremely unhelpful and spoke over me....poor customer service. Should have checked their NPS scores before going......never again!
I neeed glasses ajusted frames, tighter and nose fit better. Only took 10 minutes!
everyone was very polite and professional. Always seeing if you needed anything or did I have any questions about anything
2 pair glasses is not 69.95. Thy want add extra to glasses, and the exam cost $45. So I walked out. Try to pick glasses I did not like.
Unfortunately, my unique request for a pair of prescription sun glasses, did not go as smooth as I had hoped. I went to another store, got better service, and a better price.
