Terrible customer service and horrible knowledge of insurance. We never got a receipt but I'm sure we over paid and it's been over 2 weeks and we still have not gotten the contacts we ordered. We will never go here again
I was a new customer coming in and experienced the worst customer service. The front desk ladies were quite terse. They did not offer the usual help with insurance paperwork that most medical facilities offer. In addition to that, the receptionists were speaking poorly about a coworker and about the customer who had been in line before me, she was sitting in the waiting room. This did not come off as professional.
