This location turns away law enforcement officers that are existing patients for no other reason than a doctor there does not want to treat a police officer. The management did not do anything to make this right.
any place that refuses to let an Officer to be seen, they don't deserve to have my service. or the service of any of my friends and family. As long as Dr.Davis is employed there, none of my friends and family will be going!!

well to begin with, that $69 charge for '2 pair of glasses & eye exam' is just the beginning... then it's 'scratch resistance coat on lenses', charge for 'fitting'.. and yadda, yadda, yadda it's well into the $200's by the time they get done greasing you
We made an appointment to get my wife’s eyes checked, but something came up and we had to cancel. Just so happens that we stopped by this location with friends shortly thereafter and saw the front door. Any business that openly puts in print on the front door that they don’t want me to have the chance to protect my family or myself will NEVER get a dime from me. This is Idaho, for crying out loud.
Terrible customer service! I paid for an exam for my daughter and she had to leave earlier than expected for home and they wouldn’t give me her prescription without a follow up exam. They don’t have an America’s Best in Billings, MT. They would give me a prescription for glasses but not the contacts. She has been wearing contacts for 6 years, not a new thing for her. We will not be returning! I paid for a service I didn’t receive!
I’m new to wearing glasses, sales person was not helpful! Cost me an extra $320 tonight! Will not be returning
