Tyler, Tx location, The ladies are awesome but Mark Lloyd, O.D. is the worst! I went for contact lenses. After the fourth visit, finally found the Rx I needed. I wanted to try a different brand for comfort and would pay for them if needed but Mark Lloyd, O.D. accused me of "trying to go though every pair for free."!!! I was shocked and humiliated at this mans accusations and behavior!!! I should have left after my second visit when he told me he was "impatient"!
