Worse place ever I went in to get my prescription for my contacts went somewhere else for contacts since they are so expensive ordered them and find out I was given the wrong prescription.... so I am now out of 3months worse because of them and they wouldn't help me.
I had the best experience yesterday!! Thank you Justin. I got 2 pairs of glasses one with invisible line n transition lenses. The other single vision with the transition lenses. I saved over $300.00 and compared to other places I shopped around at $400+. Recommend this store to everyone.
Terrible customer service!!! � The guy who did the exams and the Dr weren't bad, but the lady who took my order for the glasses put in the wrong frames and refused to make it right! I would have been happy to pay the difference, when I put in the order in the first time. However, when I showed up to pick up the glasses and realized she had put in the wrong frames and then treated us like we were the idiots! Terrible Customer service! I only had two of my kids tested here and will be taking my business elsewhere for the rest ... read more
Very bad service n had to make several trips back before they made the lenses right n finally i just said screw it n stopped going waste of 100$
