RecommendedGreat selection of frames, wonderful customer service, and they take my insurance. Dr. Regan remembered me from 2 years ago, that was pretty amazing. Carrie got everything going on the new pair, and tightened up and cleaned my old ones for me. Been a customer since 2008 and have never had a negative experience

I had an eye exam in Feb wanted to order contacts and eyeglasses. The girl said they would order trial contacts for me and when they came in they would order my glasses cause I wanted to keep my same frame. She said contacts would take 4 to 6 weeks. Then this COVID happened. I called them now June 8th and they had no order in for my contacts said she can order them now but would take 6 weeks😠 no thanks.

I’ve been having issues with my script and Gene has been nothing but amazing. He’s helped me and continues to help get me the right pair of glasses. Also a great young girl with long dark hair and glasses (forgot the name, sorry). They’re patient and kind. I appreciate them listening and helping make sure I have a good pair of glasses. It makes the difference and I will be a customer for life. Gene has been AMAZING! Thank you!
My husband’s prescription sunglasses were stolen. He called to ask how much they had cost. A few minutes later, America’s best called back and told him that they felt bad and they were ordering a replacement pair for him at no charge. There ARE good people in the world and a bunch of them work at America’s Best.
Everyone there was very nice and accommodating. We haven't received our glasses yet but they assured us they would come in two weeks or sooner. Great prices too!
I don’t know what y’alls problem is. Place is great and Josh is the man. Dude dig deep to get my insurance to pay for my contacts. Above and beyond. I’ll keep going back.
This is the worst eyeglass shop in America. I came in sometime ago and got two sets of prescription glasses and they were never right. I came in later to have the optometrist double check my prescription and they wouldn’t do anything to fix them. Finally I went to Abba where they confirmed that my prescription was wrong to begin with. Americas best still won’t do anything to fix the problem.
