Walked in and the first person we talked to was snappy and very irritating 😠 like she was in a hurry to get us in and out like cattle we made 3 appointments and when we arrived to the waiting area there was at least 10 people still waiting
If I could give them less than 1 star I would!don’t go!!!!!!! Worst customer service ever
This is the worst place I've ever been to. Lenses popped out of the frames while I was in the store trying them on. Store personnel says the lenses were cut to wrong size, and will have to send them back. Now after receiving two pairs, the lenses are popping out of both pair!!!! I have chipped one lense while trying to "pop" the lense back in. I'm at sea, and trying to make it home! Set your appointment elsewhere, if your job depends on it. The quality workmanship on these glasses is crap!!!!
All of the staff have been very helpful!!!! I've gotten glasses and contacts and the quality of each has been very great.

I had an excellent experience at the Panama City America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The staff was friendly and efficient. My eye exam was thorough and I was fitted with a trial pair of contact lenses before I left. I would highly recommend America's Best to all of my family and friends.
First time I have had an eye exam since school years. Staff was great. Wait time wasn't terrible. And the prices of the glasses and selection were wonderful. I will be continuing to go to America's Best for my glasses.
