Well im disappointed in the fact i had to go to 2 different places yesterday. After i had my eyes examined. I found out my insurance wasn't available for the Buford store... I then had to go to the Cummings store to order my glasses so i could use my insurance... I don't understand why i had to do this. I was told because my insurance didn't want to compete with another Eye carrier down the street.. Thats total BS!!!!!!! I received nice service from both places.. Good deal for the money. Top notch employees who do their best to provide excellent customer service. I would not go over the weekend, it is packed on Saturday and Sunday.
Eye dr and exam was wonderful. They answered all the questions I had (which were a lot). Eric helped me order my glasses and contacts. He was extremely nice and helpful. I received my contacts only 3 days later by mail. My eyeglasses were ready exactly one week after my exam. I went back since to have them readjusted and again it was a great experience.
The staff there is always courteous & friendly.....especially Shannon!! �
The staff was friendly and helpful! Very courteous and professional manners, and easy to interact with. The process was easy, the establishment was clean. Overall experience was great!
