I think they have maaaaaybe 3 people who work for the 800 number. Third day on hold for a total of 3 hours. Left messages with no reply. My prescription is filled by an AB eye doctor, the script is on my account online. It's up to date and valid. Online order status says (for over a week now) that they have to verify my prescription. The store says they can't help because they have nothing to do with the website. Total joke. I am done with America's Best.
Be prepared to give them at least 2 hours of your time here. Absolutely ridiculous. Appointment at 10am left at 12:17pm
RecommendedI've been using America's Best most my life. In Georgia, Colorado and Arizona they have always taken great care to get me what I needed. I walked into this store today with broken frames and was out with new ones in less then 20 mins. Thank you!!!
Too expensive! Nice people, but I will get my glasses elsewhere.
So far so good, pleased with Dr. And staff will let you know how glasses turn out later
You guys lost a family of four today. I had an appointment at 10:10. I arrived at 10:02. At 11:00 I jan counted 12 people that had arrived after me that had been waited on. I left. I’m in retail and the worst customer service ever. We are now Costco customers. Best customer service ever.
First some chick tried to used crazy fear tactics to get me to pay an extra $15 saying my retina could be detached, after I said I wasn't interested. Then when I told the check out girl I would be ordering my glasses online she got some crazy attitude about it. The eye doc was great and the guy who wrote my RX was awesome, but they couldn't make up for the crap those ladies tried to pull.
HUGE shout out to America’s Best on Buford hwy near mall of GA. Manager Stephen & customer service person Gen went out of their way to help me in a time of great need! If I could give 10 stars I would! They worked with me with compassion & made me a loyal customer forever! I highly recommend this store & Americas Best!! I couldn’t have asked for better, compassionate customer support & satisfaction! Thank you so much Stephen & Gen!!! �
