The staff was very professional and I liked they were honest enough to say when an eyeglass frame choice was not as flattering for my face as I perceived.
Had a great experience for both me and my son getting our glasses and eye exams. The whole staff is professional and so helpful in picking frames that look good on you. Will definitely be going back!!
I ordered a pair of glasses and had to have the lenses replaced three times within 2 years because the coating came off. Each time, despite my request for another manufacturer, they replaced them with the same exact one. Now, the exact same condition renders the glasses useless and they refuse to do anything to remedy the situation. America's Worst is more like it. I am 52 and have been wearing glasses since 1967 and never have I had such a frustrating experience with a pair of glasses in my life.
I walked into America's Best and was greeted by Latitia. Not knowing what I wanted, Latitia walked me around the store giving me many options. She was very patient with me and helpful when trying to figure out what style I wanted. I will defintely be coming back!! #store5382 Store #5382
