False advertising! Spent over $400 on 2 pair of glasses and they’ve done nothing but fall about and break. Bought scratch resistant lenses just for them to get scratched all to pieces and then an Americas best representative tells me “it’s scratch resistant, not scratch proof” Whomever I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional, I will not be back.
Amazing. Great customer is not dead! From the front door in to the exit door out, I was met with kindness and professionalism. Kudos to Dr. Cox for a great experience!
I visited America’s Best today and Paula Veal took amazing care of me . She walked me step by step in order to get my glasses . Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend Paula to anyone . Thanks again Paula .
Horrible, If wanted the sevice I get from a over crouded Mcdonald restauraunt, this would be the place. Literally a day or so before my appointmet i got a call saying there is a issue with my insurece. Come to fins out, they messed up my sons birth date. Then, AFTER I CALLED AND CONFIRMED I WOULD BE RUNNING A BIT LATE. when i got there they SMILED AND SAID "OH YOUR APPOINTME IS CANCELLED" JESUS CHRIST.
