cancelled my appointment- after just the reminder call. if you want someone to be there 10-15 mintues ahead to fill out paperwork but when I said thats not possible I'm driving in from Crivitz I may be 5 mintues late depending on traffic. She said I'd have to reschedule when I got there. I should be flexible but you cant

It took them 3 times to get my glasses right, they put my distance in my reading glasses, they told me it was taking so long to get my glasses back because the frames are out of stock but they were my old frames that I brought in and then ended up having to go back for another exam because the prescription wasn't right. But the majority of the people that work there are very nice.
Worst pair of glasses I ever had. I can't see anything out of them. Customer service was terrible as well, go to Wal-Mart, Shopko, or anywhere but here!
Great prices! Without vision insurance, I have always had to choose between glasses or contacts. Not to mention the cost of the exam. Today my exam, two pairs of glasses AND contact club membership (allowing me free contact lens eye exams for the next three years) came to the same total as ONE pair of glasses ONLY at my previous doctor's office.
