Won't be going back to them. Unfriendly, not helpful. Their glasses are not of good quality. Screws keep coming lose, go back and get them put back in. They now say that they are "stripped". What are my options I ask. She just shrugged her shoulders. She said I could buy another pair of glasses and she would give me a free warranty. Why, so I can have the crappy glasses covered under their warranty? I would not recommend them to anyone.
Worst place yet. Would not take my insurance. Had to pay out of pocket and submit receipt to insurance company. Came back today for contact follow up. Could not find chart. Patient files not in alpha order. Should have been out in 20 minutes. Already been here 40. I just want my written prescriptions and I am out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
Worst experience ever...started a year ago when they were gonna charge me for things they checked off on for my teenage daughter (after my wife asked if she needed to go back or fill out anything) then the associate was rude and could care less ( we were informed he was on his 2 weeks notice- shocker) then after we resolved the confusing offer they had I bought 2 pair as did my daughter, my finish began to come off in the 1st month and I was instructed by an associate when I called to wait until it was closer to my 1 year be... read more
Everytime I walk in with a mangled pair of their glasses that one of my babies got a hold of, someone immediately helps me and patiently adjusts it like magic, no questions asked. This kind of thing has um, happened a lot over the years but they are so gracious.
I went yesterday to get glasses for a 3 year old with down syndrome. At first, I was greeted by a friendly employee. To my disappointment this guy just pointed me in the direction of glasses. What happend to them helping you? I needed glasses that were going to be a little difficult to take off. Didn't want metal. Anyway as you can imagine. The baby was just throwing glasses off of his face, nobody ever came to assist. Super disappointed so I left.
