Extremely poor customer service and very rude also, BIG mistake to go there
Was on the phone making an appointment and the guy was rude. I asked if they would take my insurance and he said probably not before he even checked. Then turns around after he looking it up and said yes we do. Don't know if it was because they were getting off in 30 minutes, but never mind. Red flag.
If you’re thinking about coming to this location or any of their locations: don’t. It’s the old bait and switch. Their advertised deal is fake and they’ll upcharge you on everything from the get-go. $69 for two pairs, okay I can see paying a little more than that. Being told $450 is outrageous. They don’t even ask, they just apply everything and act like it’s a tragedy to remove anything. I guess they are rated on how much they are able to upcharge every person who walks in. They aren’t very good at it. PASS.

Went on a Saturday. Was very busy. Didn’t have a very good feeling the whole time I was there. People working were friendly enough...I guess it’s because they are so much bigger than what I am used to. I don’t think I will go back next year 😩.
Very poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. The receptionist is rude as well as the manager and very insensitive to their customers needs. Will be calling corporate today on these 2 individuals.
Switching eye doctors as of today. Call this morning to see if there were any openings because I need to see the eye doctor right away the person on the phone said “what am I suppose to do about it?” after that I hung up and I will tell everybody I know not to go to the Jefferson location. Please learn some customer service skills.
New to the area and was looking for an eye doctor and when calling this establishment to schedule an appointment, the person who answered the phone was VERY rude, and when I asked for her name she refused to provide me with one. I will be contacting her superiors. Avoid this place at ALL costs!
They told my husband 10 business days I called 12 workdays later only 1of his 2pairs were in a week later no call at all husband went in asking where his glasses are they had to search every drawer to find them then told him they are still waiting on his safety glasses he was wearing them seriously they need to get there shit together
