Really great!! Dr. Payne was amazing and I loved Tanya (who helped me select my glasses). Everything was flawlessly done. I had been going to Costco, but my experience here was better. The eye exam was super thorough and the doctor took time to explain everything. Tanya was very patient while I selected frames and she reviewed all of my options without me ever feeling rushed. All in all a better “value” for me than Costco because the level of service provided!
I went into their West Hills, CA location and Tanya greeted me with a smile. All I needed was an itty-bitty screw to connect the stem back to the eyeglasses. Not only did she provide one, and not only did she attach it for me, she had to do a little bit of repair work to make it fit properly. She did it all with a smile and to my surprise, there was no charge whatsoever. What a great woman and what a great amount of customer service. I’ll be going back here for sure.
Needed eye glass frames fixed and Michelle did it at no charge even though the frames were not purchased at this store.

Came in for an impromptu nose pad repair/replacement for glasses I got elsewhere. I believe the woman at the front was named Victoria. She was super helpful and quickly replaced my nose pads for free!
