I called to have my prescription sent over to Target to get new glasses. They refused because it had expired YESTERDAY!! Yeah, done with these guys.
Such wonderful friendly service! These ladies did everything to make sure my sister and I got the best possible deal. We love our new glasses and they came a week early! I won't be going anywhere else!
DO NOT GO HERE, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager was VERY unprofessional and the optician (short grey hair) that helped us was very rude and explained the pricing options to us in a round about, most confusing way. I am extremely unhappy with my experience there. They really need to do some extra training in customer service when it comes to those two woman. I will never go there again my frames are breaking went in before Christmas to order new frame they never got ordered. Worst place ever.
