I’m a number. I’m struggling with my contacts. One week I can see the next i can’t and then I come in over and over and it’s still not right and my apt was at 11. It’s 1. Still in chair !!
I was there over an hour, I could barely get anyone to speak or look at me much less wait on me. The only one that tried to help was told to go on lunch. very poor customer service. I know it was busy but I wasn't even acknowledged. I was at the Wilmington NC location about 130 today.

I had a good experience The doctor really helped me took time to explain and look up a good ophthalmologist in my area. Was helpful and thorough.
While traveling, I tore a contact. As an existing patient with America’s Best in our city, I started with the local location to see if they could help me. From the initial phone call to the time we left, it was nothing but a great experience. They were professional, friendly, and so incredibly helpful. I wish we lived closer so I could make this location my go to. Thanks again!
