Only 2 things went good. My actual appointment and my refund. I scheduled an appointment 6 weeks out so I could have a Saturday appt. A week before my appt they (Amanda) left me a message to reschedule. When I called back she was very rude informing me that they didn't have a dr scheduled for that day. If you want an appointment then make it a year ahead of time...oh wait they can't make appointments ahead of time and then when you call to make the appointmenton the day they tell you to call all the appointments are gone . This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked to speak to a manager to resolve the issue, manager never called me back. I emailed corporate offices, no one responded. I even told the person who called to cancel my appointment the 2nd time that took me 2 months to set... read more

I have to say that I am very disappointed. I had an eye appointment for October 24th and that was the earliest I could make an eye appointment with y’all on a Saturday, i have to do Saturdays because that’s the only day i can get help with my children and I scheduled this back on 9/2/20 only to be called to say the the doctor will not be in on that day and all tel can do is put me on a list to call as soon as an appt is available 🙄.
