I brought my son there since he never wore glasses. He is 21. Great experience. Brought my two girls there as we were going to expensive eye Dr. Was great also. Only problem my 19 year old contacts too strong. Wrong prescription. But going back tomorrow to fix. Hopefully they can fix it. She is going to college and it is hard to bring her in for the problems. We will see how it goes.
After waiting two weeks for glasses, my husband called and they couldn't find the glasses or order. After several more calls they finally admitted no one placed the order. Waited another week to get them. We will never go here again!!
I haven't been "WOW" D. In a long time. From the appointment setting, walk in greet, Short Wait time, Dr. Visit - Patient, kind, understanding, and listened to my needs, to the friendly staff Shiela, who again took the time with me and helped me pick out a beautiful frames. Exceptional... Thank you!!!
All around enjoyable experience. Friendly staff who got us in and out without making us feel rushed.
Great price and love my new glasses. Paid $850 for my last glasses and I hated them at a local privately owned place. Now I got 3 pair for under $700 with ALL the top options!!!! In and out in less than an hour. Staff arefriendly, knowledgeable and more than efficient.
Sat here for 30 minutes past my appointment time and 3 people just sitting around. 1 doctor comes out and disappears. Other has been in the same room giving an exam since before I arrived. Nobody even approaches me and says what the hold up is. Just not good business. Brought my son here and they were quick then. Apparently not anymore. Don't think I'll be returning. I'll just drive to Vernon hills to vision works again.
