I went in to have my glasses adjusted but it turned out they were too far out of whack to be fixed. My glasses were still under warranty so Krystal ordered me a new pair and they came in within a week. When I went to pick them up, I saw Krystal again and she took the time to make sure they fit correctly and were clean and ready to go in about five minutes. Great customer service. Thank you.
