Went in today to get glasses repaired that were under warranty (our insurance covers warranty on 1 pair).Was told that the guy (Carlos) who rang us up forgot to put the warranty on the glasses even though he specifically asked us which pair to warranty. So even though their employee messed up I would have to pay for a whole new pair of glasses. No thank you. The lady I spoke to on the phone lied. They did not honor the deal she told me.
Horrible customer service. Karen even hung up me when I called. Been coming there for 7 years and can’t even get my contacts straight. Also They wrote the wrong prescription for my husband sold him the contacts and won’t take them back. Never again!!! Absolutely horrible experience at the glen Allen location. Do NOT go here!
Dr. Edwin Martin is the best. He is the only positive in the location.
