Good customer service however they're very expensive.
This place is a rip off! You would think a location near a military base would take tricare insurance, but they don't! Of course they don't tell you that until after the exam. They were also VERY pushy, wanting you to join their eyecare club for an extra fee. Also, the price they charge for contacts is outrageous! I was going to order one 90 pack and they told me the price was $167... I literally left and went to Walmart and ordered 2 90 packs of the same contacts for $130. I don't see how they can justify the $105 differenc... read more
So far so good I picked up my glasses yesterday and am excited to see if the frames last a year.
Great customer service!! I was seen in an emergency and walked out the door with contacts .
Don't lie to get customers to your door please!! That's bad business. Called in and they said I didn't need an appointment, said they were slow. A few minutes later I walk thru their door and am informed there are 3 ppl ahead of me and so I have a 1 hour wait. Bye bye
